** Security Change **


If you are having trouble accessing IBOCentral, please check the TLS setting in Internet Explorer.

To check the setting click on the Tools option on the menu bar.

Please select Internet Options.

The Internet Options Window will open.

Please click on the "Advanced Tab".

Use the scroll bar on the settings window to scroll down to the bottom.

Place a check mark in the settings called TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.

TLS 1.0 is no longer supported due to PCI-DSS regulations.

Click on the Apply button to accept the change.

You will need to close Internet Explorer and re-open the program for the setting to take effect
